How To Enroll

1.  Request a written application from the office.

2.  Testing is scheduled for students entering grades 1-8 after the non-refundable application and testing fees are received. Admission and testing fees are payable in CASH or MONEY ORDER ONLY. Following the testing, a conference will be scheduled to discuss the applicant's status.

3.  Applicants to be accepted will received a packet of registration forms to be completed. Proper immunization forms, birth certificate and transcript from the former school must be received and a tuition account established before an official letter of acceptance is sent.

4.  Applications should be submitted to Sound Doctrine Christian Academy Admissions well in advance of the opening of school. Late admissions and admissions sent after the school term has begun are handled on an individual basis.



Term of Acceptance

Sound Doctrine Christian Academy admits students withour regard to race or ethnic background. Applicants and parents are expected to be in agreement with the goals and policies of SDCA. Families should be actively involved in their church and in agreement with the school's philosophy of education and discipline.

Acceptance to the Academy is based upon entrance testing and information learned from reference forms and previous school records. All students are accepted on a nine-week probationary period, at the end of which the student's performance is evaluated and his or her status is determined by the faculty and administration. All new admissions are tenative pending ate receipt of transcript from the previous school attended by the student.
